Sidley is representing symplr in its agreement to acquire Midas Health Analytics Solutions from Conduent Incorporated (NASDAQ: CNDT). Symplr, backed by Clearlake Capital Group, L.P. and Charlesbank Capital Partners, LLC, is a global provider of enterprise healthcare operations including governance, risk management, and compliance SaaS solutions. The transaction is expected to close in the first quarter of 2022, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals.
