KIM SCHROER is a managing associate in the Healthcare group and focuses her practice on healthcare regulatory and compliance matters. This includes advising clients on fraud and abuse issues involving the federal Anti-Kickback Statute and Stark Law, Medicare and Medicaid coverage and reimbursement, government price reporting laws, and the development of healthcare compliance programs. Kim advises a wide range of clients on these matters, including pharmaceutical manufacturers, medical device manufacturers, healthcare providers, and clinical laboratories.
Kim regularly counsels pharmaceutical manufacturers on state drug price transparency matters. In addition, she advises private equity firms and corporate clients on the wide variety of complex issues that arise in the context of mergers and acquisitions involving life sciences companies.
Kim received her J.D., cum laude, from Harvard Law School, where she was a legal intern at the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Massachusetts. Kim graduated summa cum laude from Boston College with a degree in History and Political Science.
