TOM TOPPING regularly advises clients on the design and implementation of a wide variety of employee benefit plans including qualified and nonqualified retirement plans, equity incentive plans, cafeteria plans and health and welfare plans.
Tom also has substantial experience advising clients on the employee benefits and executive compensation issues arising in connection with mergers, acquisitions and other corporate transactions, including issues arising under ERISA and Sections 280G and 409A of the Internal Revenue Code.
Tom graduated from the University of Michigan Law School, where he was a Darrow Scholar and served on the Michigan Journal of Race and Law.
