Sidley represented Ryan Specialty (NYSE: RYAN), a specialty insurance provider, wholesale broker, and managing underwriter, in its acquisition of Innovisk Capital Partners LLP, a London-based portfolio of specialty managing general underwriters in indemnity, environmental, transactional liabilities, and commercial auto insurance. Following the acquisition, Innovisk will become part of Ryan’s Specialty Underwriting Managers business unit. The integration is expected to strengthen the company’s underwriting capabilities and provide a broader range of specialty insurance services.
