Biography
SPENCER CARO focuses his practice on financial institutions and the insurance industry.
Spencer earned his J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School, where he was an Ernst Freund Fellow in Law and Philosophy. Spencer earned his B.A. in philosophy and B.S. in statistics from the University of Georgia, where he was in the Honors College.
Prior to joining Sidley, Spencer was a Public Interest Law Initiative (PILI) Graduate Fellow with the Chicago Appleseed Center for Fair Courts.
