Sidley Represents Capital Integration Systems in US$225 Million Investment

Sidley represented Capital Integration Systems LLC (CAIS) in an investment of US$225 million by investors affiliated with Apollo Capital Management and Motive Partners, with additional investment from Franklin Templeton. The investment values CAIS at more than US$1 billion. CAIS is an alternative investment platform that accesses a menu of alternative investment funds and products, including hedge funds, private equity, private credit, real estate, structured notes, and digital assets.

The Sidley team was led by Rob Carlson (M&A) and Benson Cohen (Investment Funds), and included Andrea Devas (Investment Funds); James Heyworth (Litigation); and Robert Hardy (Employee Benefits).
