Sidley is representing private equity firm Thompson Street Capital Partners (TSCP) in its sale of LTP Home Services Group to L Catterton. TSCP will retain a board seat and minority stake in LTP Home Services Group. TSCP focuses on investing in founder-led middle-market businesses in the healthcare and life sciences services, software and technology services, business services, and engineered products sectors.
