SPENCER LEE is a managing associate in Sidley's Chicago office and a member of the Corporate group. His practice focuses on complex business transactions, including M&A and private equity investments, as well as corporate governance and securities compliance matters.
Spencer received his J.D. from the Wake Forest University School of Law, where he graduated cum laude and served as an editor for the Wake Forest Law Review. Spencer received his B.S., cum laude, in Health Science Management and Business from Drake University.

- Representation of Gamma Biosciences, a life sciences platform established by KKR to address the advanced therapy bioprocessing market, in its US$600 million sale of Mirus Bio to Merck KGaA, Darmstadt, Germany.
