• Global Technology Acquisition Corp. I in the US$434 million definitive business combination agreement with Tyfon Culture Holdings Limited.
• Clearlake Capital and Francisco Partners in the US$2.1 billion acquisition of Software Integrity Group.
• Aon plc in the sale of Healthy Paws to Chubb.
• Perforce Software in its acquisition of Delphix.
• Clearlake Capital Group, L.P. in a significant new equity investment in Dodge Construction Network.

• Prudential Financial, Inc. in the sale of a US$31 billion portion of its in-force legacy variable annuity block for US$2.2 billion to Fortitude Re, Bermuda’s largest multi-line reinsurer (pending).
• Clearlake Capital Group, L.P. in its proposed US$5.2 billion acquisition of Cornerstone OnDemand, Inc., a global leader in talent management software.
• Clearlake Capital Group, L.P. in its US$3 billion take-private acquisition of Endurance International Group Holdings, Inc.
• Zywave, Inc., a portfolio company of Clearlake Capital Group, L.P., in its acquisition of Insurance Technologies Corporation (ITC), a portfolio company of Accel-KKR
