Sidley is representing Clearlake Capital Group, L.P. in a significant new equity investment in Dodge Construction Network, which will position Dodge to execute and accelerate its strategic growth plan. Dodge is the largest independent data platform supporting the multi-trillion-dollar U.S. commercial construction industry. With this investment, Clearlake becomes an equal partner with existing Dodge investor Symphony Technology Group. The transaction is expected to close in the first quarter of 2022, subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory clearances.
