Sarah K. Recktenwald

SARAH RECKTENWALD advises private equity funds and private companies in the technology and life sciences sectors on all aspects of transactions related to executive compensation and employee benefits. In addition, she routinely represents portfolio companies on all aspects of day-to-day executive compensation, equity compensation, and employee benefits issues.

Sarah earned a J.D. from Harvard Law School and a B.A. from the University of Chicago. 

Prior to law school, Sarah served as a project assistant in Sidley’s Chicago office.

• Renesas Electronics Corporation (TSE: 6723), a premier supplier of advanced semiconductors, in the sale of certain assets related to Renesas’ timing business to SiTime Corporation (NASDAQ: SITM).
• ABM Industries Incorporated (NYSE: ABM), a provider of comprehensive industrial facilities, infrastructure, engineering, and mobility solutions, in its US$275 million acquisition of WGNSTAR.
• PayRange, a retail software and payment solutions provider, in its acquisition of KioSoft Technologies, a global provider of cashless payment and IoT solutions.
• Webcor, in its acquisition of GCON, a Phoenix, AZ-headquartered full-service construction management firm serving the technology, healthcare, aviation, higher education, and public sectors.
• Clearlake Capital Group, L.P. and its portfolio company Constant Contact in a new strategic investment to accelerate Constant Contact’s growth as a leading provider of digital marketing and automation solutions for small businesses and nonprofits.
