Sidley is representing IDEX Corporation (NYSE: IDEX) in its US$1 billion acquisition of Mott Corporation and its subsidiaries. Mott is a leading designer and manufacturer of filtration and flow control solutions for a range of high-value end markets such as medicine, computing power, sustainable energy, and space exploration. The strategic acquisition will complement IDEX’s successful integration of other companies, such as the Muon Group, Iridian Spectral Technologies, and STC Material Solutions.
