Sidley is representing Perforce Software, a provider of solutions to enterprise teams requiring productivity, visibility, and scale along the development lifecycle that is backed by Francisco Partners and Clearlake Capital Group, L.P., in its definitive agreement to acquire Delphix, a data management software platform. The acquisition is subject to customary closing conditions and is expected to close in the second quarter of 2024.
