• Porch Group, Inc. in its US$100 million acquisition of Homeowners of America, a Managing General Agent and insurance carrier hybrid licensed to operate in 31 states
• Haystack Sciences in its acquisition by insitro, a machine learning-driven drug discovery and development company
• Porch.com, Inc. in its business combination with PropTech Acquisition Corporation, a SPAC, to become a publicly listed company in a transaction valued at US$523 million
• Perforce Software, Inc., a provider of solutions to enterprise teams backed by Francisco Partners and Clearlake Capital Group, L.P., in its:
  • acquisition of Methodics Holdings, Inc., a leading provider of intellectual property lifecycle management and traceability solutions
  • acquisition of Puppet, an automation software platform which enables users to deliver, update, monitor, and secure software across physical and virtual machines
