Sidley is representing Clearlake Capital Group, L.P. in its proposed acquisition of Quest Software from Francisco Partners. Quest Software creates and manages software solutions, from platform migrations to cloud deployments to security and governance, to help their clients create IT resilience for data, infrastructure, and systems. The transaction is expected to close in the first quarter of 2022, pending customary regulatory approvals and closing conditions.
Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, BoA Securities, Barclays, Credit Suisse, BMO Capital Markets, and Citigroup provided committed debt financing for the transaction.
