CHARLES MAHONE II focuses his practice on the representation of buyers and sellers in complex strategic transactions, such as mergers, acquisitions, and private equity transactions.
Charles earned his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Michigan Law School in 2021. While there, he was elected to serve as the Law School Student Senate President, was selected as a class speaker, and won the Best Buy Side Counsel award in the Michigan Law Transactional Drafting Competition.
Charles received his B.A.A., magna cum laude, from Central Michigan University, where he double majored in Political Science and Communication. He continued at Central Michigan University and received his M.A. in Higher Education Administration. Central Michigan University named Charles to its 2024 “Class of 10 Within 10.” The annual awards program recognizes alumni for their “exceptional achievements within a decade of graduation.”
