Delia Wu

DELIA WU represents investment managers in the offering and formation of private funds and advises institutional investors on their investments in private funds. Delia also advises clients in negotiating derivatives transactions and with respect to related regulatory compliance. 

Delia holds a degree in Economics and Psychology from Columbia College, Columbia University. She received her J.D. from Fordham University School of Law, where she was a member of the Vis International Commercial Arbitration Competition Team and the Fordham Urban Law Journal. 

Prior to attending law school, Delia was an associate at an alternative investments firm.
