DELIA WU focuses her practice on representing clients in the offering and formation of private funds and representing institutional investors in connection with their investments in private funds. She also advises clients in negotiating derivatives transactions. In addition, Delia advises registered funds in connection with legal and regulatory compliance with securities laws.
Delia holds a degree in Economics and Psychology from Columbia College, Columbia University. She received her J.D. from Fordham University School of Law, where she was a member of the Vis International Commercial Arbitration Competition Team and the Fordham Urban Law Journal. She also served as a research assistant and teaching assistant.
Prior to attending law school, Delia was an associate at an alternative investments firm.
