BRIAN TRUJILLO focuses on commercial disputes at both trial and on appeal in the federal and state court systems. He also has experience advising clients in white collar investigations, multidistrict class actions, antitrust cases, civil rights claims, and administrative appeals.
Brian earned his J.D. from Northwestern Law, where he received the “Irene V. McCormick Law Scholar” award, and served as an executive editor of the Journal of Technology and Intellectual Property and as a research assistant to Professor Emily Kadens. He also participated in Northwestern Law’s Supreme Court Clinic. Prior to joining Sidley, Brian clerked for The Honorable Roy K. Altman in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida and served as a litigation associate at a global law firm’s Miami office.
