Spencer M. Stephens

SPENCER STEPHENS is a managing associate in the Commercial Litigation and Disputes group. Prior to joining Sidley, Spencer clerked for the Honorable Steven D. Grimberg of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia. Spencer also previously worked as a litigation associate at a leading international law firm in New York City.

Spencer earned his J.D., with high honors, from Emory University School of Law, where he was elected to the Order of the Coif and served as an editor of the Emory Law Journal. Prior to law school, Spencer graduated summa cum laude from Marshall University with a B.A. in political science.
