WILL SCHOENFELD focuses his practice on complex business transactions across a wide range of industries, including multiple transactions in the healthcare and life sciences fields. Will represents buyers and sellers in private equity transactions and mergers and acquisitions, and routinely advises clients on corporate governance matters.
Prior to joining the firm, Will was an associate in the private equity transactions group of an international law firm in Chicago. Will received his J.D., cum laude, from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law, where he served as Note and Comment editor of the Journal of International Law and Business. While in law school, Will served as a Summer Honors Intern with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and as a Judicial Extern in the chambers of the Honorable Virginia M. Kendall in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. Will received his B.A., with departmental honors, from the College of Wooster.
