SARA SALMONSON focuses her practice on employment-related advice and counsel for a wide-array of issues, including mergers and acquisitions (both buy-side and sell-side), employment policies, protection of proprietary information, labor-management relations, and reductions in force. She works closely with clients in conducting third-party investigations involving allegations of discrimination, retaliation, and violation of workplace policies. Sara represents employers to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
She represents clients across various industries including media and entertainment, financial services, technology, and e-commerce.
Sara received her J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law, where she served as symposium editor of the St. John’s Law Review. She received her undergraduate degree in industrial labor relations from Cornell University.
