Alcides Mauricio

ALCIDES MAURICIO focuses his practice on corporate and securities law matters. He has represented both issuers and underwriters in a wide variety of public and private transactions, including initial public offerings, tender offers, offerings of equity, debt and preferred stock, and has advised clients on corporate governance and related matters.

While attending Rutgers Law School, Alcides served as articles editor of the Rutgers University Law Review. He is also fluent in Spanish.
