JOSHUA MARTIN focuses his practice on healthcare enforcement and litigation matters. Josh’s practice encircles government investigations of alleged violations of the False Claims Act and the Anti-Kickback Statute, litigation involving life sciences companies, and regulatory matters, including those involving state price transparency and bona fide service fee issues.
While attending Harvard Law School, Josh served as an editor on the Harvard Journal on Legislation and the Harvard Law & Policy Review. He was elected to serve as a Harvard Law School Student Government representative each year of law school. In law school, Josh participated in the Judicial Process Clinic where he interned for The Honorable Mary K. Ames of the Massachusetts Superior Court.
Josh received his B.A. with distinction from the University of Michigan, where he majored at the Gerald R. Ford School of Public Policy with a minor from the Ross School of Business and was a James B. Angell Scholar.
