Aryeh has served as lead trial counsel in over 30 trials to verdict in a variety of matters, ranging from prosecuting large consumer class action lawsuits to defending Fortune 100 companies in state and federal courts across the country. Aryeh has led multiple complex international investigations and has successfully guided clients in responding to whistleblower allegations as well as allegations of other violations of law.

Aryeh’s vast experience includes having served as global coordinating counsel, lead trial counsel, and outside counsel, and advising clients, including sovereigns, financial institutions, funds, product manufacturers, and individuals within the United States as well as foreign jurisdictions.

Prior to joining Sidley, Aryeh was a partner at another global law firm, where he served as head of the Miami Litigation practice.

• Co-lead trial counsel for global bank in connection with various litigations filed under the federal Anti-Terrorism Act (ATA) in the Eastern District of New York and successfully obtained dismissal.
• Co-lead trial counsel for global bank in connection with various litigations filed under the federal Anti-Terrorism Act (ATA) in the Southern District of Florida and successfully obtained dismissal.
• Lead trial counsel in trade secret dispute involving proprietary insulation materials.
• Lead trial counsel in trial of product liability MDL case in the southern District of New York.
• Lead counsel in multiple cross-border international investigations spanning years, resulting in exceptional outcome for client.
• Lead trial counsel in Qui Tam action where matter was resolved after effectively dismantling claims brought, resulting in a highly favorable outcome for client.
