HALLEY HERBST focuses her practice on patent, trademark, and trade secret litigation.
Halley received her J.D. from Fordham University School of Law, where she served as associate editor of the Fordham International Law Journal and research assistant to the IP Institute. She was recognized as a Mark W. Kenny Scholar and received the “Archibald R. Murray Public Service Award” and “PIRC Student Leadership Award.” During law school, Halley interned at the Immigrant Rights Clinic, Environmental Division of the New York City Law Department, and LVMH fresh.
Halley received her B.A. in Biology, with distinction, from the University of Colorado Boulder, where she worked as a research assistant in the Molecular Biology of Neurodegeneration Laboratory and Gates Center for Regenerative Medicine.
