NETANYA CLIXBY advises buy-side and sell-side clients on a range of derivatives and trading documentation, including ISDA master agreements, prime brokerage documentation, master confirmations, securities lending, and repurchase agreements. She has experience advising clients on a range of ESG transactions, including voluntary carbon credits. Netanya also advises clients on derivatives and trading-related regulation, including EMIR.
Netanya spent six months on secondment to an international investment bank, supporting their ABS and structured finance teams. She also has experience working in the legal team of a quantitative finance research company, with a focus on algorithmic trading strategies. Netanya has been shortlisted as a finalist for a number of industry awards, most recently for the 2022 Inspirational Women in Law Awards. She was invited to join the prestigious ISDA Future Leaders in Derivatives Program in 2022, which recognizes emerging talent in the derivatives industry.
