PRIYANKA AMIRNENI focuses her practice on transactional, regulatory, and compliance for companies across the life sciences supply chain, including those involving the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FDCA), current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), and False Claims Act (FCA). Priyanka also supports transactional and corporate matters involving companies across the life sciences supply chain through diligence reviews, drafting transactional documents, and securities filings.
Priyanka was previously a member of the Financial Institutions group, where she represented public and private companies, private equity sponsors, asset managers, investment banks, and other financial service institutions in capital markets transactions, mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, corporate governance, and financing matters.
While in law school, Priyanka served as a chief articles editor of the Asian Pacific American Law Journal, and as president of the Health Law Society. She received her J.D. from UCLA School of Law, and her B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley.
