Cosmart is an Indonesia-based, membership-driven startup that operates a one-stop solution for households and businesses to purchase their monthly essentials, curating high-quality products at low prices. Cosmart leverages technology to make it easier for users to discover, explore, and select new brands and products.
This transaction continues Sidley’s success in representing innovative technology startups in Indonesia, including most recently Pintarnya and Diri Care.
