Sidley Represents LifePoint Health in Multi-Year Strategic Partnership with Google Cloud

Sidley represented LifePoint Health in its multi-year strategic partnership with Google Cloud to transform healthcare delivery in communities across the United States through LifePoint’s implementation of Google Cloud’s Healthcare Data Engine (HDE). 

The Sidley team was led by Tech and Life Sciences Transactions partner Jennifer Coplan, and included Rachelle Soderstrom and Andy Dykstra (Technology and Life Sciences Transactions), Tony Feuerstein (Private Equity), and Stephen McInerney (Privacy and Cybersecurity).
