Sidley Represents TelevisaUnivision in Offering of High-Yield Notes

Sidley represented Spanish-language media company TelevisaUnivision, Inc. in connection with its high-yield offering of US$400 million in aggregate principal amount of its 7.375% Senior Secured Notes Due 2030.
