Sidley is advising publicly traded insurance distribution firm BRP Group in the acquisition of California-based Westwood Insurance Agency from QBE.
Westwood is a leading, tech-enabled personal lines agency licensed in all 50 U.S. states that specializes in builder-sourced homeowners insurance, and the transaction represents the largest strategic acquisition to date in BRP Group’s history.
