Sidley represented Salt Security, an API vulnerability and protection platform, in its US$140 million Series D financing, valuing the company at US$1.4 billion. The round was led by Alphabet’s CapitalG and also included Sequoia Capital, Tenaya Capital, S Capital VC, Advent International, Alkeon Capital, and DFJ Growth. Sidley also represented Salt Security in its US$70 million Series C financing last year.
