Sidley represented Salt Security, an API vulnerability and protection platform, in its US$140 million Series D financing, valuing the company at US$1.4 billion. The round was led by Alphabet’s CapitalG and also included Sequoia Capital, Tenaya Capital, S Capital VC, Advent International, Alkeon Capital, and DFJ Growth. Sidley also represented Salt Security in its US$70 million Series C financing last year.
Salt Security’s API Protection Platform is the industry’s first patented solution to prevent the next generation of API attacks, using machine learning and AI to automatically and continuously identify and protect APIs.
