Sidley advised Alice’s Table, a lifestyle business offering fully digital and highly curated livestreaming floral, culinary, and other unique experiences, in its acquisition by 1-800-FLOWERS.COM. This acquisition will allow 1-800-FLOWERS to further expand its experiential offerings with a broad range of interactive livestreaming events for public, private, and corporate guests across the country. Sidley has represented Alice’s Table since the company’s inception in 2016, including in the deal that Founder & CEO Alice Rossiter Lewis made with Mark Cuban and Sara Blakely on Shark Tank in 2018.
