For the 13th year in a row, Sidley has been named a LearningElite organization by Chief Learning Officer magazine. With its highest ranking to date, the firm placed second out of 59 organizations on the 2023 list. We have received this prestigious honor every year since the award’s inception in 2011 and have placed in the top 10 on five occasions. The LearningElite designation recognizes Sidley as one of the best organizations for employee training and development.
According to the 2023 LearningElite judges: “Sidley’s L&D model is ‘elite’ demonstrating how learning and development enable positive business outcomes.” They cite Sidley as being “strongly committed to learning” and “trailblazers not only in the legal field but in L&D practices in general.”
Along with the ranking, the firm received the “Editor’s Choice Award” for Business Performance Results, a special designation for singular achievement in one of five categories that comprise the LearningElite selection criteria, and a Silver “Learning in Practice Award” for Business Partnership in Division 2 for organizations with fewer than 10,000 employees. This is our third “Editor’s Choice Award” and 9th “Learning in Practice Award” since 2011.
All of these honors were announced during the LearningElite Gala and Learning in Practice Awards Ceremony at the 2023 CLO Symposium.
