Leonard Ng has been selected as one of Financial News’ Fifty Most Influential Lawyers. The 2022 edition is Financial News’ second annual list of Europe’s “top fifty legal stars.”
Based in the London office, Leonard is a leading authority on UK/EU regulatory issues affecting global financial institutions. He has particular experience in advising clients on operating under the regulatory framework established after the last financial crisis, and more recently on Brexit, sustainable finance/ESG, and crypto-asset regulation. Leonard works for many of the world’s largest hedge and private equity funds, who turn to him for the highest level of regulatory advice.
Leonard is a member of the firm’s Executive Committee, practice area team co-leader for the firm’s global Banking and Financial Services practice, and co-head of the UK/EU Financial Services Regulatory group. Leonard is also the London chair of the firm’s Diversity & Inclusion Committee.
