Sidley partner Kenneth Polite will interview Acting Assistant Attorney General Nicole Argentieri during the upcoming Advanced Compliance and Ethics Workshop, presented by the Practising Law Institute (PLI) on October 30-31 in New York, NY. The Workshop is intended to be a seminar for compliance officers and in-house and law firm attorneys working in the compliance field to learn about best practices in designing and implementing compliance and ethics programs. The Workshop will be chaired by Rebecca Walker of Kaplan & Walker and Julian J. Moore of Allen & Overy, who will be joined by panelists and speakers from corporate organizations, major law firms, academia, and key government agencies.
Kenneth, who previously served as Assistant Attorney General for the Criminal Division, will interview Ms. Argentieri as part of the Workshop’s lunch segment, entitled “Government Perspectives,” to discuss the latest developments and guidance from the DOJ on compliance initiatives.
