In August 2020, Committee on Retention and Promotion of Women, now known as SidleyWomen, created the Remote Working Parents (RWP) initiative to focus on the unique and added challenges facing parents of school-aged and younger children in the current work from home environment. The RWP initiative has been working to gather existing resources and provide data-driven information and recommendations to Management to help ensure that our working parents (particularly those who carry a disproportionate burden of childcare) have readily available tools and resources to successfully navigate these extraordinary circumstances, maintain their health and well-being, and continue to have equal opportunities for advancement.
