Kyle Padden

KYLE PADDEN focuses his practice on complex business transactions, including M&A and private equity investments, as well as on corporate governance and securities compliance matters.

Kyle earned his J.D., cum laude from Northwestern University’s Pritzker School of Law. While attending Northwestern, Kyle served as an online editor for the Northwestern Journal of Technology and Intellectual Property and as a student clinician with the Donald Pritzker Entrepreneurship Law Center. Kyle earned a B.S. in commerce from the University of Virginia, with concentrations in finance and accounting.

Prior to joining Sidley, Kyle worked as an investment analyst for an energy trading firm and an independent private equity sponsor.
