Sidley is representing Apollo (NYSE: APO) and its independently managed affiliate, Redding Ridge Asset Management (RRAM), in RRAM’s acquisition of Irradiant Partners. Irradiant is an employee-owned alternative investment manager that specializes in liquid credit, private credit, and renewables. This acquisition adds US$10.7 billion of collateralized loan obligation (CLO) assets under management (AUM) to RRAM, making it a top-five CLO issuer and bringing its total AUM to US$38 billion. With this affiliate acquisition, Apollo adds US$2.2 billion of private credit and renewables AUM from Irradiant.
