EAP is a real estate asset management platform targeting opportunities in U.S. commercial and residential real estate, including mixed-use properties, student housing, industrial buildings, and multifamily rental properties.
EAP is a co-venture between majority-owner Eldridge and former AECOM Capital executives. EAP’s executive committee includes Chief Executive Officer Warren Wachsberger, Chief Investment Officer Josh Katzin, Managing Partner Travis Skelton, Chief Operating Officer Paul Giorgio, and Head of Asset Management Meredith Strongin.
Eldridge, which was co-founded by Todd Boehly, Tony Minella, and Duncan Bagshaw, invests in businesses across the insurance, asset management, technology, mobility, sports & gaming, media & music, real estate, and consumer landscapes.
