Sidley is representing EnterpriseDB (EDB) in its majority growth investment from Bain Capital Private Equity. EDB provides enterprise-class software and services that enable organizations to harness the power of Postgres. Sidley is also representing Great Hill Partners, which acquired EDB in 2019, in the transaction, and will remain a significant shareholder. The investment is expected to be completed in the third quarter of 2022 and is subject to regulatory approvals and customary closing conditions.
