Sidley represented Bradford Airport Logistics (“Bradford”), leading provider of advanced logistics services to airports and other transportation hubs through its proprietary Centralized Receiving and Distribution Centers (“CRDC”) model, in a significant growth equity investment from Bregal Sagemount (“Sagemount”), a leading private equity platform with a focus on growth investments in the United States and Europe. Bregal’s investment will help Bradford pursue enhanced domestic growth opportunities, deploy a new global-growth initiative, and support capabilities in Design-Build-Finance-Operate-Manage models for CRDCs. In addition, Bradford’s partnership with Sagemount will allow for capital to be easily deployed as future opportunities materialize.
