Sidley represented Sixth Street Growth in its Series B strategic investment of up to US$200 million in Atlas, a workforce management platform focused on employer of record solutions and technology. Atlas established the Direct Employer of Record model, now supported by entities in over 160 countries, with the focus of helping clients comply with employment rules and regulations on a global basis. The investment from Sixth Street will scale Atlas’ global technology platform and offer more user flexibility.
