Chris focuses his practice on representing private equity funds and their portfolio companies in connection with mergers and acquisitions, early-and late-stage private equity investments, recapitalizations and secondary transactions.
Chris received his B.A. from the University of Maryland and his J.D. from Boston College Law School, where he served as a staff writer for the Boston College Intellectual Property & Technology Forum Journal.
