Sidley is representing Zywave, a Clearlake Capital Group, L.P. and Aurora Capital Partners portfolio company, in the acquisition of ClarionDoor. Zywave provides software used by more than 5,000 insurance agencies, including 95 of the Top 100 U.S. insurance firms. ClarionDoor provides intelligent insurance product distribution software to the property and casualty (P&C) market. The partnership establishes a suite of configure, price, quote solutions for insurance carriers and distributors.
