SARA ZOKAEI concentrates on corporate law.
Sara earned her J.D. from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, where she focused her efforts on business law-related studies and opportunities. She worked as a research fellow at the Center for Business Law and served as a student associate at UC Hastings’s Startup Legal Garage. There, she worked with startup clients to perform general corporate legal work, from preparing to incorporate a company, to assisting in diligence for financing rounds. In addition, Sara participated in UC Hastings’s Corporate Counsel Externship Program, working as an extern for Credit Karma.
Sara also served as executive symposium editor of Volume 73 of the Hastings Law Journal. She authored a note discussing the expansion of dispute resolution mechanisms in China in conjunction with the Belt and Road Initiative.
