Prior to joining Sidley, Shneur was a corporate associate at another global law firm. He received his J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law.

  • Zywave, Inc., backed by Clearlake Capital Group L.P. and Aurora Capital, in its acquisition of Strategic Insurance Software (SIS).
  • nThrive, Inc., a healthcare revenue cycle management (RCM) software-as-a-service platform backed by Clearlake Capital Group, L.P., in its US$1.74 billion acquisition of TransUnion Healthcare.
