• nThrive, Inc., a healthcare revenue cycle management (RCM) software-as-a-service platform backed by Clearlake Capital Group, L.P., in its US$1.74 billion acquisition of TransUnion Healthcare.
• Clearlake Capital-Backed nThrive in its acquisition of PELITAS.
• Clearlake Capital in the financing for its reported $5.4 billion acquisition of Quest Software. The transaction involved committed first and second lien credit facilities and is the largest transaction and financing in Clearlake’s history.
