Biography
HANNAH VANCE focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and corporate governance matters.
Hannah graduated cum laude from Washington University School of Law in 2025. While attending law school, she worked in the Low Income Taxpayer Clinic and had her note published in Washington University Global Studies Law Review.
She graduated with university honors from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 2022 with a degree in interdisciplinary health sciences and minors in political science and legal studies.
