KEVIN SFORZA focuses his practice on a wide range of complex matters involving FDA and USDA regulatory oversight.
Kevin received his law degree from University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law. He also obtained his Ph.D. from Johns Hopkins University.
Prior to joining the firm, Kevin served as a Law Clerk for the Honorable Christopher J. Burke of the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware. Kevin was also a Pro Bono Fellow for Whitman-Walker Health in Washington, D.C. As a Pro Bono Fellow, he worked with other national community healthcare organizations to evaluate the impact of the 340B Drug Pricing Program.
During law school, Kevin was a technical specialist at a boutique IP law firm in Washington, D.C., where he focused on preparing and prosecuting U.S. and international patent applications for clients in a variety of industries related to antibody engineering, cancer and HIV therapeutics, and medical devices. Kevin was the managing editor for the Maryland Law Review and was a member of the Maryland Intellectual Property Student Association. He also served as a Judicial Intern for the Honorable George L. Russell, III of the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland.
